Requirements:
- Valid Oregon Real Estate License
- Current on all dues
- Member of PMAR or EMAR
- Member RMLS
- Have a full home office set-up
- Can work independently
- Can follow directions in e-mails and over phone
- No current litigation
Transitions Realty Inc offers 2 plans if you meet the above criteria
and fill out our application. The first is for those who close at least 2 deals a month, a flat fee of $750/month-no transaction fees, desk fees,
etc. The second plan is $500 per transaction side.
Both plans require weekly e-mails to update the office on your progress
during the week.
